Paul's Cocoa Stacks

Recipes

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Stir together with a spoon:

2 Cups oatmeal

2/3 C cocoa

1/2 C chopped walnuts

1/2 C chopped cashews

2 small boxes of raisins

15 packets of sweetener of choice (equivalent to just less than 2/3 C granulated sugar)

Stir in 2 eggs

Stir in 1/2 C milk to consistency slightly thinner than cookie dough.

Drop mixture in small piles on oiled cookie sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes.
