Key Lime Piefrom Joan. 1 prepared graham cracker crust (I use reduced fat) 1 can sweetened condensed milk (I use non-fat) 1/3 cup Key lime juice (I find bottled at Publix, but fresh is better if you have it!) Cool Whip (I use non-fat) Stir Key lime juice into the sweetened condensed and stir until thickened. Add some Cool Whip and fold in to the mixture. (Sorry, I don't measure.) Place overnight or several hours in fridge. Cover top with Cool Whip before serving. If you have a lime on hand, grate some peel and stir in which is a nice touch, but not necessary.
