Oatmeal Cocoa Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together:

  • 2 cups uncooked, rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashew

Stir in the following, one ingredient at a time:

  • 2 small boxes raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 packets Splenda
  • 1/2 cup milk - this will be thinner than ordinary cookie dough

Drop mixture in small piles onto lightly oiled cookie sheets.

Bake for 16 minutes, or until golden. Cool on baking sheets for a couple of minutes.
