from Angela - "I adapted it from a recipe my sister-in-law created when my brother had a heart attack and was put on a very strict, low fat diet."

2 pkgs of no-sugar, no-fat, instant Jell-o pudding

3 cups no-fat milk

1 angel food cake, cubed

large container of no-fat Cool Whip, thawed

fresh fruit, in bite-size pieces

Whip pudding and milk together for 2 minutes. Let set for 5-10 minutes.

Whip in about 1 cup Cool Whip.

Spread a little pudding mixture in bottom of serving dish

Add layer of cake.

Add layer of pudding.

Add layer of fruit.

Add layer of Cool-whip.

Repeat until ingredients are used up.

Finish with layer of Cool-Whip on top.

This is a very forgiving recipe. Vary in any way you'd like. I, for example, saved enough Cool-whip for the top and mixed the remainder with the pudding for the layers

I thought about, but didn't: add Kahlua to the pudding, marinate the fruit in a bit of rum, toss in a few chocolate chips (since I used white chocolate pudding), drizzle chocolate over some layers, add pecans -- or whatever else appeals to you.
